Prints:

I am as committed to the environment as I am to delivering my prints to you in a timely manner. My shipping times are designed to ensure that you receive your prints promptly, no matter where you are in the UK, EU and the USA.

Shipping Destinations and Timelines:

  • United Kingdom: Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 2-4 days
  • Germany: Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 2-4 days
  • Europe (EU): Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 4-7 days
  • USA Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 10-14 working days
  • Rest of World: I am currently exploring ways to ship my open edition prints to the rest of the world, so watch this space! But if you would like to purchase a print from Pop Olive Art website now, and you live outside the UK, EU and USA please do get in contact with me here. I will do my very best to make it work for you!

Originals:

Due to the fragile nature of the art - each piece is hand delivered to the recipient, using a specialist art courier company.
Delivery times vary depending on destination.
I will oversee the entire process, however the client will be responsible for the cost of delivery, which will be invoiced separately.

RETURNS

Prints: My prints are specially made to order, however, your satisfaction is paramount. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.

Original artwork: Original artwork is created with a personal touch. As such, all sales of original artwork are final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on these unique pieces. Your Peace of Mind: I understand buying originals is an investment in something special. Rest assured, throughout the process leading up to purchase, I will maintain open communication to ensure the final piece meets your expectations. Should you have any concerns or specific requirements, we can discuss these before purchase of the artwork.
